Stay Vacated by KAT

Good news for all the aspirants seeking a career in the Government First Grade Colleges. The KAT approved the 2,550 selection list prepared by KPSC. In its judgement, KPSC is believed to have stated that the validity of degrees can be adjudicated only by UGC and it is beyond the purview of KAT. However, the petitioners can now approach the High Court seeking to quash the KAT order vacating the stay.

KAT Vacates Stay Order?

I have been hearing from various sources that KAT has vacated the stay order for the recruitment of the lecturers for the First Grade Colleges. There are also speculation that the Government might start issuing the Appointment Orders soon. However, I have not come across any credible information. I am hoping that this speculation is true and we might see the light at the end soon.
